2. Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account with bdaee:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts may be suspended.
• Accounts may not be shared with any third party.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their password confidential.

Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, bdaee may request identity verification (NID, passport, or driving license) at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3. Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on bdaee can be made via popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The key deposit terms are as follows:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be reversed.
• Minimum deposit amounts are set in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact the support team.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4. Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to withdrawals of winnings from bdaee:

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until identity verification (KYC) is successfully completed.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

• New members receive up to a 100% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit.
• A minimum deposit of the specified amount is required to qualify for a bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the combined total of your deposit and bonus must be wagered the required number of times as specified by the applicable wagering multiplier.
• The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once.

General Bonus Rules

• Bets placed using bonus funds may be subject to a set time limit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Bdaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on bdaee:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless bdaee grants an exception in specific circumstances.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bdaee reserves the right to void that bet.
• Any bets identified as connected to match-fixing or manipulation will be voided and the associated account may be suspended.
• Bdaee is not liable for any missed bets in live betting caused by connection interruptions.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and may vary depending on the game or event.

In the event of a cancelled or suspended event

• If a match or event is cancelled, bets placed on that event will generally be voided and stakes refunded.
• If a game is not completed within the designated time, bdaee reserves the right to make a final decision at its own discretion.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Bdaee reserves the right to suspend or close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within the Terms & Conditions.
• Opening an account using false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity or misusing bonuses.
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of manipulation.

Users may request account closure at any time through our support team. Any valid balance will be available for withdrawal before the account is closed.
